Corey R. Cutler
Attorney
A Boston native, Corey R. Cutler attended Boston University where he graduated cum laude. Mr. Cutler then obtained his Juris Doctorate from New England School of Law where he served as editor-in-chief of the law school newspaper, Due Process. Mr. Cutler has been a litigation attorney since graduating law school and being sworn-in in 1985.

Example Cases:
Commonwealth v. Malone, 506 N.E.2d 163 (1987) – Reported case. Holding that where prior arrest on similar criminal charges is too remote in time, information related to such prior arrest is stale and not sufficient to establish probable cause to support issuance of a warrant to search defendant’s home without further evidence of continuing criminal operation.

Patrick is the senior paralegal for Cutler Law Boston. With over 10 years of legal experience, he is well-versed in multiple areas of the law, including personal injury litigation, criminal defense, and business law. Patrick received his paralegal certification from Bunker Hill Community College and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Westfield State University graduating summa cum laude. He is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha, the National Political Science Honor’s Society.

Ms. Heinke earned her BA in Neuroscience from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. Following her undergraduate studies, she is pursuing a law degree and is currently attending New England Law | Boston, where she is a second year student. As Law Clerk at Cutler Law Boston, Ms. Heinke helps prepare demands, reviews medical records, drafts pleadings and assists in the prosecution of claims.
